Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to the revenue;
• Responsible for the target sales of events;
• Oversee the planning and execution of group bookings and events;
• Build strong relationships with customers and to fully understand their needs;
• Manage all event operations (proposal, budget, timeline, etc.) from pre-events until post events;
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth event operations;
• Supervise event and ensure high-quality service delivery;
• Be aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of Catering &Events, consistently wowing our guests with creative and innovative ideas;
• Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events;
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement and submit reports;
• Participate in restaurant promotional activities.

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications and Marketing;
• Minimum 3 years experience in a same field (Food & Beverages);
• Good knowledge of marketing & promotion principles and organizational skills;
• Have good communication and presentation skill to external parties (organizations, government, community and private sector);
• Wide network;
• Able to prepare proposals, budget and establish cooperation with the second party (sponsorship and partnership);
• Understands event technicalities and be familiar with vendor management term;
• Able to be innovative, creative and organized and have the ability to work independently and effectively;
• Excellent communication in English both verbal and written.
