Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all production elements for large-scale events.
• Manage production budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Liaise with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Collaborate with creative, technical, and logistics teams to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned.
• Source and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits and assess venue suitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event planning and execution phases.
• Provide post-event analysis and feedback for continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in large-scale events.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
