Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Assist in managing and engaging with our online community across various social media platforms.
• Support the planning and execution of community events and initiatives.
• Monitor, moderate and respond to community feedback, comments, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Assist in analyzing community engagement metrics and reporting on performance.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Kualifikasi:

• Passion for Korean-pop culture is a must
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok).
