Kualifikasi

• Status pendidikan harus sudah Lulus
• IPK harus minimum 3
• Gelar harus Diploma, Sarjana, Magister atau Doktor
• Memiliki keterampilan nonteknis diantaranya Customer focus, Customer-centric, Customer satisfaction, Customer service excellence, Client relations, Client satisfaction, Customer empathy, Customer-centric approach, Client-oriented atau Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Memiliki keterampilan teknis diantaranya Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets, PPT, Slide, Google Slide, Google Sheet atau Google Docs
• Memiliki keterampilan bahasa Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris
