Responsibilities:

• To implement and support ERP systems
• Provide support to users and assist with troubleshooting issues and provide training
• Migrating data to prepare for system implementation
• Monitoring daily sales data

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from Information System/Computer Science
• A minimum of 1 year experience as IT Trainer/Support
• Understand the basic concept of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Having knowledge in troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Willing to go on a business trip
• Placement: Kedoya, West Jakarta
