Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Accountable for managing and monitoring all Environmental & Social (E&S) compliance across sites owned by the PSN Group, based on various existing standards and regulations such as the Environmental & Social Management Framework (ESMF), Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental & Social Management Plan (ESMP), Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), and any relevant internal regulations of PSN Group.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of all E&S documentation.
• Manage compliance reporting for the Indonesian government and lenders.
• Monitor project teams and all related vendors/contractors to ensure adherence to E&S requirements.
• Submit periodic E&S reports and present E&S monitoring results to management, detailing the status and progress of E&S compliance.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• Experience as an E&S Officer/Specialist (or similar role) in infrastructure projects funded by multinational lenders (preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and managerial skills.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
• Willingness to undertake site visits across Indonesia, including Papua.
• Resident of Jakarta.
