• Stay updated on social media trends to improve employer branding content.
• Create and produce employer branding content based on trends, strategy, and business needs to achieve employer branding goals.
• Manage and monitor employer branding activities through partnerships to achieve operational excellence and optimize activities.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
• Evaluate and analyze the performance of employer branding content on social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram) to optimize employer branding content strategy.
• Handle administrative tasks related to employer branding operations to achieve operational excellence.
• Conducted task and job analyses to identify suitable talent pools for sourcing processes.
• Evaluate resumes using various channels to pinpoint suitable candidates.

Kualifikasi:

Does it match your criteria?

• Has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communciation, Management, Psychology or related field
• Preferably have 2-3 years of experience in Employer Branding roles
• Strong knowledge in Employer Branding activity, Partnership Plan, and Digital Marketing
• Have ability in Microsoft Office, Social Media Engagement
