Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including schools, community centers, and parents, to promote our programs.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and ensure consistent follow-up and engagement.
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Create detailed sales plans and forecasts to track and measure progress against revenue targets.
- Implement sales campaigns and initiatives to drive enrollment and revenue growth.
- Utilize data and market insights to adjust sales strategies and maximize effectiveness.
Client Acquisition:
- Conduct outreach activities such as cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations with potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms are aligned with company goals and client needs.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools and community organizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs.
- Prepare regular reports on sale s activities, revenue performance, and market trends.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize sales performance.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the program development team to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and program offerings.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in the education sector or familiarity with STEM programs is an advantage.
- Prior experience in kids's educational programming is highly desirable.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal,
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Enthusiastic about education and making a positive impact.
