Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Support the head quarter and stores in delivering engaging training programs
• Help arrange the training team's schedule to deliver training sessions to head quarter & store team effectively
• Assist in development and manage roll out strategy for new and re-launching training programs
• Assist in developing a comprehensive training curriculum and materials
• Responsible for maintaining project calendars and budgets for training programs
• Collaborate with the Education Manager, other division and stores to develop improvement plans to enhance the competencies of the training team and employee
• Responsible for monitoring training results, analyzing performance, and developing improvement plans
• Assist in serving as a bridge between head quarter and stores to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals
• Collaborate with the Education Manager on other responsibilities as needed

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Proven experience in deliver training & develop training modules with min. 4 years experience as trainer, preferably in retail industry
• Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology
• Passionate in teaching and developing people
• Certified as trainer or skilled in video editing will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
