Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze sales, marketing, and competitive data on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TIktok Shop.
- Generate regular reports on marketplace performance, product trends, and consumer behavior.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for product optimization and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce and marketplace features to advise clients effectively.

Kualifikasi:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce (prefer analytics) or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT to assist in daily operations and decision-making.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with the operational mechanics of Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop and other Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms.
