Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Operating Magento eCommerce Site and managing all online activity in relation to web operation, processing orders, reporting, and overseeing customer service
- Processing customer orders, make sure all products received are in good condition and on time
- Helping Customers due to refund or return
- Make sure that all customers can easily reach our customer service (call, SMS, email, etc.)
- Implement the e-commerce strategy given by Assistant Manager eCommerce in order to improve website performance
- Work with the Logistic team, making a plan with them on upcoming sales and deliveries
- Work closely with Offline Stores team, regarding pick up on store order
- Optimizing the experience that customers have when purchasing online and helping address customer issues
- Work with the content team for scheduling and uploading online PR, online Branding, and web articles
- Develop a content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development as part of on-site marketing and execute monthly eCommerce strategy
- Create product content and upload on eCommerce, including sales copy products, banners
- Monitor and report all ongoing campaigns (daily, weekly, monthly), and performance of eCommerce against KPI
- Updating product pricing and collaborating with the product team on managing product replenishing
- Analyze the result and report to Assistant Business Manager, making sure everything runs effectively to exceed KPI
- Updating Slide Banners based on Sales Campaign or Branding Campaign
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Works with a bank for promo and third-party payment as well as with accounting and finance
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in English Literature, Digital Marketing, IT, or any similar major
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding online sales goals and the needs of the customer
- Good in Problem-solving, Customer Oriented and well-organized
- Understanding and experience in Magento, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display, and affiliate marketing channels
- Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English
- Strong knowledge and experience in creating sales copy letter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
