Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Baltini, a leading luxury fashion e-commerce platform, is seeking a passionate and committed E-Commerce Fraud Analyst Supervisor to oversee the fraud team and ensure the security of Shopify transactions. This role involves analyzing fraud transaction patterns, identifying suspicious activities, and implementing strategies to minimize fraud losses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor the fraud analyst team, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor and analyze Shopify transactions to identify potential fraudulent and non-fraudulent chargeback customers.
• Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention strategies.
• Handle chargebacks efficiently and effectively, including both fraud and friendly chargebacks such as product not received and missing packages.
• Conduct thorough investigations to review and validate legitimate orders.
• Increase the winning rate of chargeback disputes.
• Analyze rule performance, recommend modifications or enhancement to reduce customer friction or increase fraud prevention.
• Implementing new or additional tools to improve the effectiveness of fraud detection.

Kualifikasi:

• Min 3 years of experience in fraud and non-fraud detection and prevention in the luxury fashion marketplace / e-commerce
• Extensive experience with the Shopify e-commerce platform.
• Proven ability to handle both fraud and non-fraud chargebacks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge for KYC
