Job Overview
We are looking for a E-Commerce Executive for Webstore. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of an e-commerce platform in the fashion retail industry. Their efforts contribute to the brand's online visibility, customer satisfaction, and overall business success in the digital landscape.
Job Roles:
- E-commerce Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
- Product Management: Manage the online product catalog, including adding new products, updating product information, and optimizing product listings for SEO.
- Content Management: Ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate, compelling, and aligned with the brand's tone and style.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage e-commerce inventory levels, ensuring product availability and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Pricing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive sales and maintain profitability.
- Audit fundamental product
- Maintain Conversion Rate Optimization
- Propose Landing page and create mock up
- Monitoring and evaluate website’s traffic
- Set up banner and web decoration
- Make sales daily report
Kualifikasi:
Job Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Experience: Min. 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management is highly valuable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A focus on providing an exceptional online shopping experience for customers.
- Project Management: Effective project management skills to oversee multiple aspects of e-commerce operations.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in product listings, pricing, and content.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing e-commerce trends and technologies.
