1. Analyze existing business loop holes by collecting data on sales results, reviewing marketing activities, and reviewing team performance to inform the development of marketing strategies.
2. Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis to create personalized marketing strategies for each brand and channel, aligning them with the unique characteristics and targeted customer segments of each.
3. Develop a marketing strategy that is able to compete with competitors according to the channel and brand so that it can have an impact on sales.
4. Collaborate with relevant departments (such as digital content marketing, channel marketing, etc.) or agencies to execute marketing activities, ensuring adherence to the agreed-upon plan.

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, General Management, or related field.
2. 3 years minimum experience in online retail & e-commerce.
3. Relevant knowledge in e-commerce business, business development, & digital marketing.
4. Relevant knowledge about e-commerce operation, & fulfillment forecasting.
