Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Installing, configuring and distributing hardware and software
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem and providing timely and accurate customer feedback through a series of actions to resolve a problem
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications
• Supporting the new area roll-out
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Testing and evaluating new technologies
• Administering hardware and software asset management
• Identifying vulnerabilities in current network and developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure computing network to properly manage risk and to make risk-based decisions related to IT activities.

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must own at least Bachelor Degree in Technical Information / Information System or any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Operational
• Proficient in problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with distributed processing operations, procedures, and equipment.
• Competent in microcomputer software applications and hardware configuration.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, to convey ideas and concepts to users.
