Deskripsi Pekerjaan:


The Digital Media Planner will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing effective digital media campaigns to achieve the company's marketing objectives. This role includes analysis, planning, execution, and reporting on various digital media strategies.

Objectives:

  • Develop effective digital media strategies to reach target audiences.
  • Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.
  • Measure and report campaign performance regularly.

Scope of Services:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Audience Analysis: Identify and analyze target audiences based on demographics, behavior, and media preferences.
  • Competitor Analysis: Evaluate competitors' digital strategies to identify competitive advantages.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify relevant market and media trends for future campaigns.

2. Media Planning and Strategy:

  • Strategy Development: Create comprehensive digital media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Budget Allocation: Effectively allocate media budgets across platforms for optimal results.
  • Media Mix: Determine the right mix of media (PPC, display ads, social media, content marketing, etc.) for campaigns.

3. Campaign Management:

  • Campaign Setup: Set up and launch digital media campaigns, including copywriting, creative design, and ad targeting.
  • Optimization: Regularly optimize campaigns to improve performance based on real-time data.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed periodic reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI.
  • Insights and Recommendations: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure alignment of strategy and campaign execution.
  • Client Communication: Regularly communicate strategies, results, and recommendations to clients.

Deliverables:

  • Market and competitor analysis reports.
  • Comprehensive digital media strategies.
  • Effective and measurable digital media campaigns.
  • Regular campaign performance reports (weekly/monthly).
  • Recommendations for future campaign optimization.

Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Media Planner for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Proficiency in digital media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
