Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine digital strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform strategy development.
- Create data-driven digital strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other relevant channels.
Content Planning and Management:
- Develop content calendars and plans to support digital strategies.
- Oversee content creation and distribution across multiple digital platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Create engaging and shareable content.
- Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
SEO and SEM Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and analysis.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Segment and target email lists for personalized messaging.
- Track email performance and make data-driven improvements.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital strategies.
- Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance.
- Use analytics insights to refine and improve strategies.
Technology Integration:
- Identify and recommend digital tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate necessary tools.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, web developers, and other teams to execute digital strategies effectively.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to align digital efforts with business objectives.
Kualifikasi:
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (proved by license or certifications)
- Strong knowledge and experience of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools, and best practices
- Proven record of successful budget management and management of advertising channels to meet target KPIs thresholds necessary for the business success
- Critical thinker and problem-solver
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in agency relationships and management
- Highly creative yet process-driven and relies on data to make decisions
- Strong project management skills and experience working in a deadline-driven work environment
- Proven experience evaluating and negotiating media placements
- Team player
- Proficient in English (speaking & writing)
Additional requirements :
- Able to work from the office with office hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday - Friday
- Domicile in Bali or willing to move to Bali
