Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze web traffic data from various digital channels.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics to track and report on campaign performance.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital actionable creative marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance based on analysis and feedback.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends.
- Analyze competitors’ digital marketing strategies to find areas for improvement.
SEO and SEM Optimization:
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website ranking.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure marketing materials align with campaign goals.
- Use data to guide the creation of content that resonates with target audiences.
Customer Engagement:
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior across digital channels.
- Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Presentation:
- Present insights and recommendations using visual aids
Kualifikasi:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in web analytics tools.
- Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerBI, PPT)
- Experience with SEO and SEM techniques.
- Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
