- Strong digital marketing expertise: A proven track record in digital marketing, including experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Data-driven decision-making: The ability to analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and use insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills: Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including investors, borrowers, and lenders.
- Creativity and innovation: The ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- Problem-solving skills: The capacity to identify and address challenges related to marketing performance, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics.
- Experience in the P2P industry: Prior experience in marketing for P2P platforms or related financial services industries is highly advantageous.
- Campaign management: Successful track record of planning, executing, and measuring digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Budget management: Experience in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- CRM and marketing automation: Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve customer relationships.

Kualifikasi:
Requirements :
