Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Working closely together with other sections within Digital Business Unit Dept. to develop e-commerce business through Insurtech, MSIG Online, Online Broker, Aggregator, Market Place, Bancassurance, Financial Technology Companies, Travel Agencies online or offline, Cargo Technology Companies, and other online platform.
2. Manage MSIG Online website to optimize online sales activity by support from selected vendors to do digital marketing activities through various channels (Google Search, Gmail Sponsored Promotion, Facebook and Instagram).
3. Maintain to keep MSIG Online’ s position in Google's search results is on the first page for targeted keywords
4. Creating and monitoring the GWP & Loss Ratio report by Digital Business Unit, and Partner for all Digital Business Unit Dept. members.
5. Identifying KPIs for each marketing activity relevant to marketing success.
6. Reviewing ongoing business performance based on existing transaction data, including GWP, loss ratio, and profit. Conducting analyses to provide recommendations for improving GWP, profit, and other areas as needed to meet each business owner's goals.
7. Conducting an analytical review of new business opportunities based on available data and market reviews (such as benchmarking and competitor analysis) to assess profit & loss projections.
8. Monitoring competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, providing strategic recommendations based on competitive intelligence, and conducting market research to enhance business performance.
9. Organizing internal workshops to develop new initiatives aimed at improving business performance in Digital Business Unit Dept., such as systems enhancements, additional services, or other aspects that can help grow the business.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital Business at a managerial level
• Preferably with experience in the General Insurance Industry
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Certified in AAAIK/ AAIK is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
