Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth for our diverse portfolio of clients.
- Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns, including but not limited to PPC, SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and client objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitive landscapes, keyword opportunities, and market trends, informing strategic campaign planning and optimization efforts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets that drive engagement and conversions.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying actionable insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness, drive efficiency, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in digital marketing, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance campaign performance.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of digital marketing initiatives and offering strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
Kualifikasi:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field with a strong quantitative background.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing 1-2 years, extensive experiences in managing in-house digital performance marketing
- Highly proficient in using digital ads platform such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads
- Have experience in managing Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns.
- Have basic understanding of organic acquisition such as App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most.
- Have a good understanding of mobile attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer).
- Understand the basics of mobile app install fraud methods and its monitoring tool (e.g Appsflyer Protect 360).
- Have a basic understanding of Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
