Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Responsible for formulating new recipes, improving existing ones, and recommending new product ideas. This role involves collaborating with product development teams to turn innovative food concepts into market-ready products. The candidate will work closely with various departments such as commercial, production, and operations to ensure successful product execution from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Recipe Formulation & Development:
- Create, test, and refine new recipes, ensuring that they meet customer and business expectations.
- Continuously improve existing recipes by enhancing flavors, textures, and nutritional content while maintaining cost efficiency.
Product Innovation:
- Research and recommend new food product ideas based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the product development team to transform innovative food concepts into viable, scalable products.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the commercial team to understand market needs and align product development with consumer demand.
- Partner with production and operations departments to ensure recipes can be produced at scale while maintaining quality standards.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of product launches and improvements.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Oversee taste tests, trials, and product evaluations to ensure the quality, consistency, and safety of all food products.
- Monitor feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Document all recipe formulations, ingredient specifications, and production processes.
- Ensure all products comply with industry standards, regulations, and food safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Willing to be placed in Bogor, West Java
- Minimum 1 year experience in food product development, recipe formulation, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
