• In charge of expansion planning of the company
• Analyzing potential area and surveying prospective site which meets the criteria
• Negotiate with the prospective landlord on the commercial terms
• Coordinate with across department for opening stores

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Bachelor Degree of any major
• Min. 10 years experience in store expansion, project and maintenance
• Having retail or property industry would be advantages
• Strong in negotiation skills
• Good communication and team work
• Willing to travel
• Strong network in property or mall
• Able to work under pressure
