You will oversee a team's roadmap, boost business revenue, and reduce costs. Job Description:

• Gather and refine user requirements, converting them into a clear vision and strategy for your Data Products.
• Work with partners to maintain the product and feature roadmap, handling backlog prioritization.
• Spot strategic improvements for ERP Data Products and create business cases to support product enhancements.
• Identify business opportunities that can benefit from data insights, delving into data generated by the Baltini platform to uncover new features.
• Develop and lead user stories and acceptance criteria for the product backlog.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing transparency and clarity on the roadmap, and identifying the best solutions to the issues at hand.
• Oversee the launch of new ERP product features by creating user documentation, running workshops, and offering operational support.
• Manage the presentation and merchandising of data products, ensuring they are effectively displayed and accessible for internal stakeholders especially through ERP integration.
• Work closely with data partners to establish and maintain data quality standards and resolve any issues related to data integrity.
• System Integration: Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure smooth integration of partner data into our systems.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all data management activities comply with relevant data protection regulations and internal standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly review data performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance data quality and usability.
• Data Team Leadership: Oversee the data team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.

Kualifikasi:

• Hold a degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Have 3+ years of experience in a product role or a similar capacity (essential).
• Familiar with key ERP and data warehouse concepts and terminology (essential).
• Able to query data to extract crucial information for enhancing ERP Data Products.
• Experienced in engaging with users, building relationships, and maximizing the value of Data Models and/or Reporting tools.
• Knowledgeable in reporting tools like Tableau or Looker (preferred).
• Proficient in using sketches, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications to convey requirements (preferred).
• Understand Scrum methodology.
• Committed to quality and continuous improvement.
• Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
