Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Monitor daily server performance and ensure optimal operation
• Maintain a controlled environment for servers
• Troubleshoot network and server issues efficiently
• Manage and track hardware inventory
• Implement and uphold security policies to protect data integrity
• Visit customers' data centers to provide on-site support

Kualifikasi:

• Min. SMK in Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical, or related fields
• Experienced in troubleshooting network and hardware issues
• Knowledgeable in monitors, switches, routers, and other technical equipment
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
• Experience with operating system issue resolution is a plus
• Willing to be based in Surabaya and open to business trips if needed
• Ready to stand by 24/7 for any urgent requests
