Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Data Management: Collect, validate, and maintain payroll data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Data Analysis: Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Reporting: Generate detailed payroll reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
• Training and Support: Assist in training staff on payroll systems and processes, providing analytical support as needed.

Kualifikasi:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within payroll and HRIS.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
