Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to extract actionable insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making within our organization.

• Enable, extract, or enrich data/data pipeline through different sources (e.g., marketplaces, e-commerce and more).
• Interpret data, analyze the result, and collaborate with designated divisions to drive actionable items, decision-making and further bring impact to the business.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Gain hidden insights and predictive insights.
• Propose and define new business process improvement opportunities based on the data to drive business impact, by collaborating with related functions.
• Expanding database and enable to give the best outcome to data.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Create data query and visualization.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Minimum GPA 3.00)
• Proven work experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with databases 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and high attention to detail.
• Communication and presentation skill is a must
• WFO in Pluit, Jakarta Utara.
