Deskripsi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Support all customer questions and issues regarding Ukirama’s products and services in a timely manner.
  • Periodically maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Report and coordinate with other departments regarding issues, and feedback from customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each support.
  • Analyzing customer feedback to understand customer needs and expectations, and using this information to drive continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field with min GPA of 3.00.
  • More than 1 year of customer service experience (Preferably in the IT-related industry)
  • Having strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Having strong problem-solving skills to solve customer needs with concise and clear answers.
  • Having Accounting skills is an advantage.
  • Willing to work after hours and on weekends.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptable to various customer characteristics and needs.
  • Good communication skills verbal and written, both in English and Indonesian.
