Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Support all customer questions and issues regarding Ukirama’s products and services in a timely manner.
- Periodically maintain good relationships with customers.
- Report and coordinate with other departments regarding issues, and feedback from customers.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each support.
- Analyzing customer feedback to understand customer needs and expectations, and using this information to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field with min GPA of 3.00.
- More than 1 year of customer service experience (Preferably in the IT-related industry)
- Having strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and a positive attitude.
- Having strong problem-solving skills to solve customer needs with concise and clear answers.
- Having Accounting skills is an advantage.
- Willing to work after hours and on weekends.
- Can work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Adaptable to various customer characteristics and needs.
- Good communication skills verbal and written, both in English and Indonesian.
