Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, mail, chat, or other support communication channel
- Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
- Provide relevant information according to organization’s product and service policies
- Assist customers by mastering full knowledge of experience from their perspective
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints when necessary
- Escalate and coordinate with internal departments to obtain best solution for customers
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
Kualifikasi:
- Great listening skill and corresponding skill (both verbal & written)
- Great service attitude with customer oriented mindset
- Able to adapt in fast pace working environment
- Able to identify problem and give resolution with high accuracy
- High initiative, creative, hardworking, and able to maintain team player spirit
- Previous experience in Tech company would be preferred
- 2+ years of previous customer service experience is a plus
- Can join immediately
