Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Actively support sales team by doing call activity to customers to gain new leads.
• Act as Customer service to promote & sale our BRIK MIX readymix product.
• Create and send quotations to customers.
• Responsible for purchase order processing and sales order release.
• Liaise with the Sales department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
• Coordination and consolidation with batching plant operations.
• Handle and resolve complaints from customers.

Kualifikasi:

• 3 year related working experience as Customer service, Telesales and Telemarketing.
• Familiar with Ms. Excel.
• Meticulous and good attention to details.
• Good communication & Good personality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be placed at Metland Cipondoh, Tangerang (WFO) and able to join ASAP
