Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

The role

Our customer relationship managers are responsible for engaging new customers and communicating the benefits of our products and services. The goal is to grow our customer base with effective but not pushy sales and marketing. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident to approach people and convert them to customers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Present and promote our products and services to new customers
  • Assist new customers to open an account
  • Discover, develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes
  • Coordinate with other members of the sales team
  • Escalate any customer issues to our customer care team

This role is available in Balikpapan. Please only apply if you are already living in the Balikpapan area.

Kualifikasi:

  • Previous experience as a sales representative (ideally in a bank or financial company)
  • Confident personality and positive 'always can' attitude
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient level of English language
  • Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus
