Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Develop and implement consumer protection policies:
- Conduct research and analysis related to consumer protection.
- Implement consumer protection policies throughout the company.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of consumer protection policies:
- Collect data and information related to the effectiveness of consumer protection policies.
- Analyze data and information to identify weaknesses and deficiencies in consumer protection policies.
- Prepare recommendations for improving consumer protection policies.
Compliance with Regulations and Policies:
- Ensure that all company activities comply with applicable consumer protection regulations and policies.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to understand and implement relevant regulatory changes.
Process and Service Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in handling consumer complaints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Business, or other related major
- Min. 2 years of work experience in consumer protection, especially in the in the financial services sector
- Have knowledge of regulations to consumer protection, especially POJK 22 of 2023
- Certificated related to consumer protection is a plus
