Key Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media with politeness and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer service.
- Offer feedback and suggestions to management for the improvement of customer service.
Kualifikasi:
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Have 1 year of work experience in the technical area
- Open to fresh graduates with strong academic records
- Have a growth mindset and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work in a shifting arrangement time.
