Job Description :
- Analyse and interpret leads behaviour to create effective leads qualification and segmentation
- Create the strategy for nurturing leads from various sources by designing the content plan or roadmap, based on which types of content perform best for each segment
- Explore opportunities to capture new leads, increase its lifetime value and revenue generated
- Understand how best to leverage the technologies we have to optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
- Create emails, forms, and reports within the automation tool to support lead nurturing programs, including templates for use by others within the marketing function
- Document MAP lead nurturing processes, programs, procedures and integration with other systems
- Plan, run, and gather insights from A/B tests to improve performance and effectiveness
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions and keeping abreast of new trends and apply best practices in inbound marketing
Kualifikasi:
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience as a CRM, Email or Lead Nurture Specialist
- Experiences being part running successful integrated campaigns
- Ability to produce great creative concepts and content for nurturing leads to become active customers and increase retention
- Familiar with CRM tools and Mautic marketing automation
- A problem solver with a can-do spirit with the ability to think strategically and laterally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills also ability to communicate ideas, issues, and solutions
- Able to work individually with minimal supervision, while able to follow directions and eager to be collaborative
- Able to manage a heavy workload with good time management skills.
