Full WFO

1. Oversee camera work and make key decisions on shot composition and visual aesthetics.
2. Able to compose a shot, understand framing, color and light to create a visually pleasing video and setting up the equipment
3. Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos using professional video editing software.
4. Able to approach projects with the point of view of a producer, considering budget constraints, resource allocation, and overall project feasibility.
5. Direct all stages of video production including pre-production, production, and post-production.
6. Understand how to manage timelines and shooting schedules efficiently, ensuring that all aspects of production stay on track.
7. Skilled in on-site control and direction during filming, ensuring effective execution of the shoot, following up throughout the filming process, and resolving various unforeseen situations.

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Cinematography, Film, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 year experience in video editing or experience as a Video Director or similar role in a creative agency or production house is a Plus
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative video projects.
4. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
5. Deep understanding of cinematography, lighting, sound design, and post-production workflows.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and familiarity with current video trends and social media platforms.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
