Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Experience in holding projects while still being supervised & guided by a mentor:
• Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions,& deadlines.
• Keep track of the project costs
• Liaise and coordinate with 3rd party.
• Obtain weekly project status (deliverables Live Streaming & Short Video commitment and carry-over) from all team members.
• Organize and schedule team meetings.
• Provide consistent updates on the project to all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and help in adjustments.
• Help to set up, complete, and execute pre-production deck alignment with AE & Production Team
• Involve in the execution process
• Learn and use project management software.
• Implement and observe the project management mechanisms.
• Prepare and assist in project documentation & administrative process

Kualifikasi:

• Interested in project management, especially projects related to live streaming & short video content production
• Fresh graduates of any faculty, communication student is preferred.
• Highly organized and accountable.
• Collaborative attitude.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Have desire to learn and try new things.
• Have strong desire to develop and grow.
• Willing to work on-site from BSD, Tangerang.
