Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Support the team in defining long-range planning and partnering with Pitik’s Farm Operations, Fresh and Wholesale business units to drive execution plans based on market insights and competitive intelligence.
• Assist in delivery of both long-term strategic and short-term tactical recommendations to business teams that shape the company and its strategy.
• Support business planning and budgeting for the business. This includes constructing financial models to assist business use cases, performing cost efficiency and variance analysis.
• Work with functional product and data teams to track business metrics performance and to conduct performance analysis that enables data-informed decisions.
• Facilitate leadership meetings ensuring the right topics are discussed, and the insights are communicated appropriately to drive execution and results

Kualifikasi:

• 1-3 years of working experience working at consulting firms, investment banks and/or at leading internet or technology-based firms. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity and/or experience with data query (e.g. SQL) is a plus
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, business planning, financial modeling, process mapping and project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in developing concise presentation materials to internal and external parties.
• Excellent project management skills to manage cross-functional projects with a structured approach, and some experience with operational execution
• Passion and demonstrated experience in agriculture or fresh/grocery business is a plus
• Prior experience in top consulting firm is an advantage
