Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Conduct industry and market research related to trends, risks, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Formulating concept, material, goal of group discussion to support strategy formulation
• Provide strategic analysis related to the Company strategy, M&A, investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop blueprints for future planning of both the holding company and business units to support organic and non-organic growth supported with financial models and valuation analyses that help guide the decision-making process.
• Execute corporate actions, including strategy development, deal negotiation & structuring, due diligence, and coordinating with other departments.
• Review and monitor the execution of group financial services strategies,
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reporting, earnings releases, and investor presentations.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in business, Finance, engineering from top tier university
• Min 5 years experience in management consulting firm, private equity, venture capital serving financial institution.
• Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Capable to analyze financial report and develop financial model.
• Capable to develop a story line of strategic solution.
• Capable to manage projects with clarity of accountability and speed with high level of attention to details.
• Willing to work with people from diverse background and various level of seniority.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English.
