We're looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Corporate Sales representative at Torch. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for our corporate clients, responsible for driving sales and fostering strong, lasting relationships. You'll manage the entire sales process from the initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier service and tailored product solutions. Job Role:
- Respond to corporate customer inquiries via chat, email, phone, or in-person meetings.
- Send catalogs, product photos, and other promotional materials.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Check product stock, work-in-progress (WIP) status, and shipping costs.
- Negotiate prices.
- Coordinate with Corporate Sales Support for product allocation, invoicing, shipping, and documentation.
- Process customer refunds and cashback requests.
- Handle transactions and requests for B2B partnerships, including e-catalogs, mock-ups, and sample approvals.
- Follow up on required client documentation with Corporate Sales Support
- Execute personal chat programs and visits for loyal customers.
- Classify customers based on their stage in the sales process and source of acquisition.
- Prepare and present weekly sales reports during meetings.
Kualifikasi:
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field from a reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00.
- Min. 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the fashion retail industry or a related field such as luxury goods or textiles.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, product knowledge, and the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence corporate clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and client needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Canva.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
