Reponsibilities:

1. Manage, handle, and administer all Company's License, Permit, and Local Criminal Cases.
2. Drafting and reviewing various type of legal documents.
3. Provide support in manage and handle strategic legal aspects of the company.
4. Manage, handle, and administer Company's Intellectual Property Rights
5. Support Human Capital Department in Industrial Relation aspects

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law
2. Min. 3 years of working experience in the same field
3. Have comprehensive understanding regarding Company Law & Employment Law
4. Understanding license & permit-related regulations
5. Intermediate competencies in legal drafting
6. Proficient in English both oral and written
7. Good in legal analysis and critical thinking skill
8. Good in administration, communication and negotiation skills
9. Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
