Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Supervise and implement corporate governance to ensure business operations comply with applicable laws/regulations.
• Provide input on business legal matters and manage all legal areas in the company, such as procurement, security, safety, insurance, and sustainability issues.
• Review all legal documents.
• Keep up-to-date with external governance developments and legal issues in general.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Officer in a company.
• Good knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
• Understanding of the OSS system.
• Possess negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Have excellent analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to adapt, collaborate, and commit to achieving good work results.
• Willing to be placed in Pluit, Jakarta.
