Reponsibilities:

• Cook food according to the recipe
• Check raw material inventory
• Prepare food according to the recipe of raw materials
• Thorough and hard working and have good hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area and its surroundings
• Maintain the quality of goods and the quality of work of fellow colleagues
• Comply with the SOP
• Honest, discipline, and hardworking
• Able to carry up to items up to 10kg

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

• Education minimal SMA/SMK
• Have experience minimal 1 year in the same position
• Have experience minimal 1 year in the kitchen (Western and Nusantara)
• Can work under pressure, hard worker, honest and high initiative
• Willing to work shifts and public holidays
• Have good knife skills
• English speaking preferred
• Placement in Gambir, Jakarta Pusat
