PT. Trafoindo Prima Perkasa was established in 1982 as PT. Trafindo Perkasa. Since the very beginning, we focus on the manufacturing of medium voltage oil-immersed distribution transformers. In the years that followed, we gradually expanded and diversified our manufacturing scopes and activities to cover other medium voltage electrical apparatus. At present, Trafoindo's manufactured items incude: -Medium voltage oil-immersed distribution transformers -Medium voltage dry cast resin distribution transformers -High voltage power transformers -Medium voltage instrument transformers (indoor and outdoor type current and potential transformers) -Special transformers (scott transformers, auto transformers, etc). Trafoindo is now one of the largest manufacturers of transformers in Indonesia. To cope with the ever-increasing global needs for quality standards, we continually improve our management and we are proud to have been accredited the ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001: 2004, OHSAS 18001:1999, certifications by SAI Global Registered Quality in 2003. Deskripsi Pekerjaan:<ul><li>Working with Continuous Improvement leader to achieve the company's target through Lean Manufacturing system, 5R, and other kaizen tools.</li><li>Provide guidance to stakeholders on process improvement methodologies and tools.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and implement process improvements through CI Project</li><li>Working with cross-function team to validate the impact of CI Project&nbsp;implemented.</li></ul>Kualifikasi:<ul><li>Bachelor Degree industrial engineering, or related field</li><li>Experience 1 year handling project</li><li>Has knowledge of improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Value stream mapping)</li><li>Proven experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and using analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart).</li><li>Good analytical skills, attention to details; systematically approach with high degree of focus on results,</li><li>Willing to work at our Factory in Tangerang, Banten</li></ul>
