Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Direction of content in all social media, the creative and campaigns (Strategy);
• Supervising content creator and contributors/interns;
• Copywrite and execute content for social media channels;
• Growth in social media channels in terms of followers and engagement;
• Analyze community needs from DMs, comments WhatsApp groups;
• Analyze new trends and applying it to grow our women community

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor degree of Communication/Media/PR or related;
• Have experience min.2 years of related position;
• Strong social media strategic and analytical skills;
• Strong copywriting skills;
• Able to read and analyze social media data (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube/Twitter);
• Able to lead a small team;
• Able to use Canva (is a plus);
• TikTok video editing skills (Cap Cut/TikTok);
• Presentation skills is must.
