Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta Utara for a Content Creator (TikTok & Instagram). The Content Creator will be responsible for creating and editing engaging, high-quality content for our media channel, including but not limited to short-form videos, live-streams, and other types of content that align with our brand's vision and messaging. The Content Creator will also collaborate with other members of the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, plan content, and execute campaigns that increase our Social Media following and engagement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content (Tiktok and Instagram)
• Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, then create content plan and strategy for our brands
• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
• Increase brand loyalty and awareness
• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
• Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
• Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• Monitoring social media (TikTok) and company website metrics.
• Create content planning and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Likes automotive cars, especially car audio.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum D3/S1 from any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experienced in social media contents.
• A portfolio of applicable outputs.
• Confident in appearing in front of the camera and has a cheerful personality.
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Able to join ASAP
