Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop and produce creative and engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand's objectives, brand guidelines, target audience, and campaign goals.
• Coordinate content ideas, schedules, and production for campaigns to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
• Monitor and review the performance of content, provide feedback and suggestions, analyze content performance metrics, and prepare reports for brand managers to optimize quality and engagement.
• Manage social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with audience interactions, and staying current with trends and best practices in content creation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing teams and stakeholders, negotiate collaboration terms and content deliverables as needed, and promptly address any production issues or concerns.
• Conduct market research to track TikTok and other platform trends, identify content and collaboration opportunities, and provide insights to enhance content strategy and campaign effectiveness for the marketing team.
• Analyze content performance, prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, and optimize future strategies using data insights (such as engagement rates, follower growth, and sales impact).

Kualifikasi:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Passionate about content creation and social media.
• Experienced in using graphic design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut or other video editing apps).
• Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, including its algorithms, trends, and user behaviors.
• Excellent communication and creative skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms for content creation and performance analysis.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to work hybrid from SIRCLO Studio in Taman Tekno, BSD, Tangerang.
• Able to commit for a six-month or more full-time internship
