- Content Creation: Ideate, film, and edit high-quality, original short-form videos (15-60 seconds) that align with our brand's messaging, tone, and overall marketing strategy.
- Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: Develop compelling scripts and storyboards that translate creative ideas into engaging visual narratives.
- Platform Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of current trends, challenges, and best practices for short-form video content on Instagram, TikTok, and potentially other emerging platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure video content complements broader campaigns and initiatives.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with new video formats, editing techniques, and visual styles to captivate audiences.
- Trend Awareness: Actively research and analyze competitor content to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Kualifikasi:
- Min. 2 years of experience in the same position or related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in video editing application (CapCut, VN, or similar apps)
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and successful TikTok Videos / IG Reels
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends, viral content, and its algorithm
- High creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Passion for the retail and lifestyle goods industry
