We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data for our clients, performing basic testing, and utilizing your knowledge of WordPress. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the content and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain various types of data into our systems for our clients, ensuring data integrity by performing regular checks and audits.
- Perform data entry in WordPress for our clients, ensuring all content is correctly formatted and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with our clients' content teams to ensure their content aligns with their brand guidelines.
- Perform basic testing of website content and functionality for our clients to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Identify, document, and report any issues or bugs found during testing.
- Utilize WordPress CMS to manage website content and updates for our clients.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Create, edit, and proofread content in English to ensure clarity and correctness for our clients.
Kualifikasi:
- Proven experience in data entry and content management.
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS and its functionalities.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and content formatting.
- Basic understanding of website testing and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English for effective communication and content creation.
- Knowledge of WordPress CMS, including content management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
