Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Prepare and become point of contact of creation regulatory reporting to the regulator (OJK)
• Supervision of the schedule for fulfilling the company's obligations to the regulator
• Drive key projects or compliance related to OJK regulation and/or other applicable regulators
• Provide regulator advices and related-supports to others Department and Division
• According to the policies and regulations of regulatory agencies such as OJK/AFPI, conduct research, consultation, and make suggestions on relevant laws
• Timely follow up the regulatory emails, especially the compliance handling of complaints
• Responsible for formulating and improving related system procedures and specifications
• Assist the relevant work of other departments to accurately meet the regulatory requirements
• Assist the company in the promotion of various compliance matters
• Actively develop a professional network and influence within the applicable associations and regulators

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor degree or above, min 2 year of working experience related to OJK & AFPI
• Serious and responsible work, strong communication skills, strong learning ability, good teamwork
• Preferably fluent in Chinese and/or excellent in English
• Holding AFPI Certification or other related certification
• Experience in establishing and implementing policies and procedures within the company
