Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Lead the creation and submission of regulatory reports to OJK and/or competent authorities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Supervise the schedule to meet the company's obligations to the regulator.
- Drive pivotal projects related to prevailing regulations and other applicable regulatory bodies.
- Provide strategic advices for compliance initiatives, and regulatory requirement.
- Offer expert regulatory advice to various departments and divisions, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements. Act as a resource for teams, providing guidance on navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct thorough research, actively engage in consultations and offer suggestions on laws and regulations.
- Ensure timely and effective handling of regulatory emails, with a particular focus on managing and resolving compliance-related complaints.
- Take ownership of formulating and enhancing system procedures and specifications to meet evolving compliance standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate fulfillment of regulatory requirements, extending support to enhance compliance readiness.
- Promoting various compliance matters across the organization, fostering a culture of adherence and accountability.
- Actively develop and nurture a professional network within applicable associations and regulatory bodies. Establish a strong influence, representing the company positively in compliance-related discussions and forums.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor of law or masters, along with a min. 3 years of relevant work experience in compliance or legal roles, specifically within the financial services, fin-tech, or law firm with a focus on financial services.
- Advanced level of spoken and written both in English and Indonesian language. Chinese is a plus.
- Possesses outstanding analytical abilities, with the capability to identify all potential risks and proactively select optimal solutions.
- Preferably holding AFPI Certification or other related certification.
- Experience in establishing and implementing policies and procedures within the company.
- Capable of independently leading projects, demonstrating self-initiative, and functioning as a team player.
- Exhibits sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
